Finally after about 4 years, I found a band that genuinely got me exited about new music! I was beginning to wonder if there were any new bands about that I would *really* like and Mower are such a case! And I liked them so much I decided to put them on my site.   I first heard Mower in June 2003 whilst on holiday, listening to the X-ray CD 06. The Mower song featured on the CD was 'Afterdark' which really stood out to me compared to the rest of the songs. However, it wasn't until x-mas that year when my girlfriend at the time got their second album 'People Are Cruel' that I really got into them by playing they album virtually every day for many weeks to follow. I asked the band if they wished to be featured on my site, bearing in mind that most of the bands featured suffered from a lack of success. I wanted Mower to decide if they wanted to be on my site, as I didn't want to be responsible for potentially bringing them under this 'curse'! Sadly, my curse seems to have struck as the band are no more :o(
